§ 35. Geenivaramu andmestik
Andmed, mis on kogutud geenivaramusse enne 2026. aasta 1. aprilli, kuuluvad geenivaramu andmekoosseisu ning moodustavad geenivaramu andmestiku, mida töödeldakse kooskõlas käesolevas seaduses ja geenivaramu andmekogu põhimääruses sätestatuga.
