Art. 7 V. Weitergabe, Kündigung und Entzug, Haftung
1 Die Weitergabe des Bootsliegeplatzes ist unter Vorbehalt von Abs. 2 unzulässig und hat die sofortige und entschädigungslose Aufhebung des Benützungsrechtes zur Folge. Die Veräusserung des Bootes und Änderungen der Bootsnummer sind der Stadtpolizei unverzüglich zu melden. Die Erwerberin oder der Erwerber des Bootes hat keinerlei Anspruch auf den bisherigen Liegeplatz. 2 Die Weitergabe des Bootsliegeplatzes ist nur an direkte, volljährige Nachkommen sowie Ehepartner und eingetragene Partner gestattet und ist der Stadtpolizei unverzüglich zu melden.
