1 In der Gewerbe- und Wohnzone sind neben dem Wohnen gewerbliche und kleinindustrielle Anlagen zugelassen, sofern deren Betrieb keine übermässigen Einwirkungen auf die umliegenden Wohngebiete und die Wohnungen in der Zone selbst verursacht. 2 Wohnungen haben lagemässig und in baulicher Hinsicht den zu erwartenden Immissionen Rechnung zu tragen.
