Art. 47
1 Die Zone für öffentliche Bauten, Anlagen und Grünflächen enthält Grundstücke, welche bereits öffentlichen Zwecken dienen, sowie Grundstücke, die im Sinne des Baugesetzes für künftige öffentliche oder im öffentlichen Interesse stehende Bauten und Anlagen, Spiel- und Sportplätze sowie Grünflächen bestimmt sind. 2 Die Nutzungsarten der einzelnen ZöBAG-Areale werden in der Richtplanung bezeichnet.
