Procédure et voie de droit 1Les décisions administratives, fondées sur le présent règlement, peuvent faire l'objet d'un recours au Conseil d'Etat dans les 30 jours, dès leur notification, conformément à la loi sur la procédure et juridiction administratives (LPJA) . Les procédures pénales administratives sont également régies par la LPJA (art. 34 H et ss) ainsi que par les dispositions du code de procédure pénale.
