Abgangsentschädigung bei Nichtwiederwahl oder Nichtnominierung 1 Das ehemalige Mitglied des Stadtrates erhält eine Abgangsentschädigung in der Höhe von 50 Prozent der anrechenbaren Besoldung gemäss Art. 5 Abs. 2, wenn es im Zeitpunkt des Ausscheidens aus dem Amt wegen Nichtwiederwahl oder Nichtnominierung weder das 50. Lebensjahr vollendet noch mindestens acht Amtsjahre geleistet hat. Art. 3 lit. a Satz 2 findet Anwendung. 2 Die Art. 4–9 dieses Reglements finden keine Anwendung.
