Prüfungsgrundsätze 1 Die Finanzkontrolle richtet ihre Prüfung auf die Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften, die Wirtschaftlichkeit, Zweckmässigkeit und Sparsamkeit, der Einhaltung von Budgets, Krediten und Vergebungsbeschlüssen sowie der Befolgung von Budgetprinzipien. 2 Sie verfährt in ihrer Kontroll- und Revisionstätigkeit nach den allgemein anerkannten Grundsätzen der Revisionspraxis und passt ihre Methode der technischen Entwicklung des Rechnungswesens laufend an.
