§ 7. Uuringuetapi juhi kohustused
(1) Uuringuetapi juht peab tagama talle täitmiseks antud uuringuetappide läbiviimise kooskõlas hea laboritavaga. (2) Uuringuetapi juhile ei tohi delegeerida uuringujuhi järgmisi ülesandeid: 1) vastutus kogu uuringu läbiviimise eest; 2) uuringukava ja selle muudatuste heakskiitmine; 3) uuringu lõpparuande heakskiitmine; 4) hea laboritava järgimise tagamine kogu uuringu ulatuses.
