Fangstatistik 1 Die Inhaberinnen und Inhaber eines Angelfischer- oder Berufsfischerpatentes sind verpflichtet, eine Fangstatistik zu führen. 2 Die Fangstatistik ist nach den Vorschriften im Anhang 3 zu führen. 3 Das Fischereiinspektorat kann für Pachtgewässer sowie für Gewässer mit privatem Fischereirecht die Führung einer Fangstatistik verlangen.
