1 Diese Verordnung regelt den Zweck, die Förderung sowie die Rahmenbedingungen der internen und der externen Aus- und Weiterbildungen des städtischen Personals. 2 Sie legt fest, unter welchen Voraussetzungen und in welchem Umfang die Arbeitgeberin Aus- oder Weiterbildungskosten übernimmt und bezahlten Weiterbildungsurlaub gewährt. 3 Sie gilt für das gesamte Personal der Stadtverwaltung.
