Bei Nichtbestehen oder Abbruch aus gesundheitlichen oder anderen wichtigen Gründen kann die Abteilungsleiterin oder der Abteilungsleiter nach Rücksprache mit dem Personalamt ganz oder teilweise auf eine Rückerstattung verzichten, wenn diese eine ausserordentliche Härte darstellen würde.
