1 Si un fermier vient à être frappé d'une des incapacités prévues à l'article 9 ci-dessus, au cours de l'affermage, celui-ci peut être dénoncé avec effet immédiat et sans indemnité. L'article 12, alinéa 3, est réservé. 2 En pareil cas, il est loisible aux membres d'un groupe de résilier l'affermage pour la fin d'une année civile, en observant un délai d'au moins trois mois.
