30 Allgemeines 1 Es bestehen folgende stadträtliche Kommissionen mit Querschnittsaufgaben: a. Konferenz der Stabschefinnen und Stabschefs; b. Strategiegremium Stadt Luzern Digital; c. Stellenplankommission. 2 Soweit diese Verordnung nichts anderes bestimmt, konstituieren und organisieren sich die Kommissionen gemäss Abs. 1 selbst. 3 Nach Bedarf können neben den ständigen Mitgliedern weitere mitarbeitende Personen zu den Sitzungen der Kommissionen hinzugezogen werden. Betroffene sind in jedem Fall anzuhören.
