Art. 10 Auflagen
Die Finanzhilfeempfänger sind verpflichtet: a. die Unterstützung durch das BAK bekannt zu machen; b. dem BAK alle notwendigen Auskünfte in Zusammenhang mit der gewährten Finanzhilfe zu erteilen; c. dem BAK wesentliche Änderungen in der Geschäftstätigkeit unverzüglich mitzuteilen.
