Obbligo di prestare servizio I conducenti devono prestare servizio a chiunque ne faccia richiesta, senza pregiudizi di ordine economico o sociale, per ogni tipo di corsa. Possono tuttavia essere rifiutate corse richieste da clienti visibilmente sotto l'influsso di alcool o altre sostanze. In caso di malattia, vacanze, infortunio o per motivi particolari, il turno previsto deve essere ripreso da un collega.
