Taxi: definizione È considerato taxi, ai sensi della presente Ordinanza, ogni autoveicolo leggero fino a nove posti a sedere al massimo (autista compreso) messo a disposizione del pubblico per il trasporto di persone contro remunerazione e non assoggettato alle disposizioni federali e cantonali in materia di trasporti pubblici. Sono ammessi anche veicoli fino a 15 posti a sedere, se il beneficiario dell'autorizzazione possiede la patente di categoria Dl. CAPITOLO 11
