§ 20. Teel olev asi
(1) Teel olevale asjale tehingu alusel asjaõiguse tekkimisele ja lõppemisele kohaldatakse asja sihtkohariigi õigust. (2) Pooled võivad kokku leppida ka asja lähtekohariigi või tehingule kohaldatava õiguse kohaldamises. (3) Kokkulepe kohaldatava õiguse kohta ei mõjuta kolmandate isikute õigusi asjale.
