§ 49. Käsundita asjaajamine
(1) Käsundita asjaajamisest tulenevale nõudele kohaldatakse selle riigi õigust, kus käsundita asjaajaja teo tegi. (2) Teise isiku kohustuse täitmisest tulenevatele nõuetele kohaldatakse sellele kohustusele kohaldatavat õigust.
