§ 61. Ülalpidamiskohustustele kohaldatav õigus
Perekonnasuhetest tulenevatele ülalpidamiskohustustele kohaldatakse ülalpidamiskohustuste suhtes kohaldatavat õigust käsitlevat 2007. aasta 23. novembri Haagi protokolli (OJ L 331, 16.12.2009, lk 17–23).
