§ 64. Välisriigis toimunud lapsendamised
Kui lapsendamisele kohaldatakse välisriigi õigust või lapsendamine on toimunud välisriigi kohtuotsuse alusel, on sellel Eestis samasugune tähendus nagu õiguse kohaselt, mille alusel lapsendamine toimus.
§ 64. Välisriigis toimunud lapsendamised
