§ 15
Weist der Bedarfsplan einen Bedarf an Vertragsärzten für einen bestimmten Versorgungsbereich aus und werden über einen Zeitraum von mehr als sechs Monaten Vertragsarztsitze dort nicht besetzt, so hat die Kassenärztliche Vereinigung spätestens nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraums Vertragsarztsitze in den für ihre amtlichen Bekanntmachungen vorgesehenen Blättern auszuschreiben.
