Art. 19 rechtspflege.1
1 Die Gesuchstellerin oder der Gesuchsteller hat dem Amt für Bildung und Sport alle erforderlichen Auskünfte zu erteilen, ihm Einsicht in die Akten sowie den Zutritt zu den betroffenen Anlagen und Einrichtungen zu gewähren sowie wesentliche Änderungen der Verhältnisse innert Monatsfrist zu melden. 2 Diese Pflichten bestehen auch nach der Gewährung von Leistungen, damit allfällige Kontrollen durchgeführt und Rückforderungsansprüche abgeklärt werden können.
