Art. 17 Bestimmung des Bewährungshelfers
Das Gericht hat die Entscheidung, mit der Bewährungshilfe angeordnet wird, nach deren Rechtskraft dem Geschäftsstellenleiter und dem Amt für Soziale Dienste zuzustellen. Der Geschäftsstellenleiter hat die Person des Bewährungshelfers zu bestimmen und diese dem Gericht unverzüglich bekanntzugeben. Zur Vorbereitung der Entscheidung des Geschäftsstellenleiters sind die Bestimmungen des Art. 20 Abs. 1 bis 3 dem Sinne nach anzuwenden.
