Art. 3 Bewährungshelfer
1) Zur Bewährungshilfe sind nach Massgabe der Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes neben- oder hauptberuflich tätige Bewährungshelfer heranzuziehen. 2) Bewährungshelfer stehen in Ausübung ihres Amtes einem Beamten gemäss § 74 Ziff. 4 des Strafgesetzbuches gleich.
