Modifica e revoca dell'autorizzazione 1 L'autorizzazione può essere modificata o revocata dal Municipio in ogni tempo, previa diffida, per motivi di interesse pubblico, dietro restituzione dell'importo della tassa corrispondente al periodo non utilizzato. 2 Essa è revocata dal Municipio, previa diffida, qualora i requisiti non siano più adempiuti, siano state fornite informazioni non veritiere oppure in caso di abusi dell'avente diritto. In questi casi non è dovuta alcuna restituzione della tassa d'uso.
