§ 4¹. Finantsinspektsioon
(1) Eesti Panga juures asuva asutusena tegutseb seaduse alusel loodud Finantsinspektsioon. (2) Finantsinspektsioonil on oma juhtimisorganid, eelarve ja aruandlus ning autonoomne pädevus riikliku finantsjärelevalve teostamisel ja finantskriisi lahendamisel. (3) Finantsinspektsioonil on õigus saada Eesti Pangalt oma ülesannete täitmiseks vajalikke andmeid.
