§ 6. Eesti Panga Nõukogu
(1) Eesti Panga järelevalveorgan on Eesti Panga Nõukogu, mis koosneb esimehest, Riigikogu fraktsioonide esindajatest ja valdkonna asjatundjatest. (2) Eesti Panga Nõukogu moodustamisel lähtutakse põhimõttest, et iga Riigikogu fraktsioon esitab ühe oma liikme ja nõukogu esimees esitab neli valdkonna asjatundjat.
