Versteigerung 1 Das Fundbüro kann Fundsachen, die nicht innert eines Jahres abgeholt werden, in einer öffentlichen Versteigerung verwerten und zeigt diese vorgängig an. 2 Fundsachen, die einen kostspieligen Unterhalt erfordern oder raschem Verderben ausgesetzt sind, werden sofort verwertet. Im Zweifelsfall entscheidet das Polizeikommando. 3 Der Steigerungserlös tritt an Stelle der Fundsache.
