Gebühren 1 Für die Entgegennahme, Registrierung und Vermittlung einer Fundsache hat die Besitzerin/der Besitzer die Gebühren gemäss Gebührentarif zu bezahlen. 2 Bei ausserordentlichen Aufwendungen für Aufbewahrung, Schätzung, Nachforschungen usw. werden der Besitzerin/dem Besitzer zusätzlich die effektiven Auslagen in Rechnung gestellt. 3 Finderinnen und Finder, die Anspruch auf eine nicht abgeholte Sache erheben, haben die Gebühren und Auslagen gemäss Absatz 1 und 2 zu bezahlen. $$$ 417 1.1.2012 3
