§ 71¹. Euroopa Liidu kaubamärgi registreerimine
(1) Euroopa Liidu kaubamärgi registreerimise all mõistetakse kaubamärgi registreerimist Euroopa Liidu Intellektuaalomandi Ametis Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2017/1001 alusel. (2) Patendiamet on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2017/1001 tähenduses tööstusomandi õiguskaitse keskamet.
