Art. XII Externer Rechnungsprüfer
Ein unabhängiges internationales Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmen, das vom Rat auf Empfehlung des Nominierungsausschusses ausgesucht worden ist, führt jährlich eine vollständige Rechnungsprüfung in Bezug auf die Tätigkeit des Instituts durch. Die Ergebnisse dieser Prüfungen werden dem Direktorium und dem Rat zur Verfügung gestellt.
