Art. 24c Verhinderung der Ausübung sicherheitsrelevanter Tätigkeiten
Befindet sich eine Person, die im Seilbahnbereich eine sicherheitsrelevante Tätigkeit ausübt, in einem Zustand, der die sichere Ausübung einer solchen Tätigkeit ausschliesst, so ist ihr die Ausübung dieser Tätigkeit so lange als erforderlich zu untersagen.
