§ 12 Treuhandstellen
Die treuhänderische Verwaltung des Treuhandvermögens wird von Stellen wahrgenommen, die das Bundesministerium des Innern, für Bau und Heimat beauftragt (Treuhandstellen). Die Treuhandstellen werden dem Bundesministerium des Innern, für Bau und Heimat von den für das Wohnungs- und Siedlungswesen zuständigen obersten Landesbehörden der Länder, in denen Kohlenbergbau betrieben wird, vorgeschlagen.
