§ 11 Fundsachen
Nach Beendigung jeder Fahrt haben Fahrzeugführer oder Schaffner festzustellen, ob Gegenstände zurückgeblieben sind. Fundsachen sind unverzüglich an die dafür vorgesehene Einrichtung des Betriebs oder an die von der Genehmigungsbehörde benannte Stelle abzuliefern, wenn sie nicht sofort zurückgegeben werden können. § 978 des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs bleibt unberührt.
