§ 34 Verwaltung und Dienstaufsicht
(1) Die Geschäfte der Verwaltung und Dienstaufsicht führt die zuständige oberste Landesbehörde. § 15 Abs. 1 Satz 2 gilt entsprechend. (2) Die Landesregierung kann durch Rechtsverordnung Geschäfte der Verwaltung und Dienstaufsicht dem Präsidenten des Landesarbeitsgerichts übertragen. Die Landesregierung kann die Ermächtigung nach Satz 1 durch Rechtsverordnung auf die zuständige oberste Landesbehörde übertragen.
