§ 37 Ehrenamtliche Richter
(1) Die ehrenamtlichen Richter müssen das dreißigste Lebensjahr vollendet haben und sollen mindestens fünf Jahre ehrenamtliche Richter eines Gerichts für Arbeitssachen gewesen sein. (2) Im übrigen gelten für die Berufung und Stellung der ehrenamtlichen Richter sowie für die Amtsenthebung und die Amtsentbindung die §§ 20 bis 28 entsprechend.
