§ 92b Sofortige Beschwerde wegen verspäteter Absetzung der Beschwerdeentscheidung
Der Beschluss eines Landesarbeitsgerichts nach § 91 kann durch sofortige Beschwerde angefochten werden, wenn er nicht binnen fünf Monaten nach der Verkündung vollständig abgefasst und mit den Unterschriften sämtlicher Mitglieder der Kammer versehen der Geschäftsstelle übergeben worden ist. § 72b Abs. 2 bis 5 gilt entsprechend. § 92a findet keine Anwendung.
