Placement hors canton 1 Le placement hors canton est notamment justifié lorsque les structures cantonales ne permettent pas de répondre aux besoins du bénéficiaire ou s'avèrent moins adaptées ou lorsque le placement est approprié au vue des liens étroits que celui-ci entretient hors canton. 2 Une demande doit être présentée au département, qui se détermine avant toute admission, en tenant compte de l'indication posée par le dispositif cantonal d'indication, selon l'article 37 RLAIH.
