Art. 19 Specie protette
1Il Regolamento sulla protezione della flora, dei funghi e della fauna definisce le specie protette. 2Sono vietati la raccolta, il danneggiamento, la cattura, il trasporto, il possesso e il commercio delle specie protette. È altresì vietato compromettere l’habitat di specie protette o arrecare loro pregiudizio. 3Il Consiglio di Stato può concedere deroghe per scopi scientifici, didattici o terapeutici.
