Art. 20 Vegetazione delle rive
1La vegetazione delle rive è protetta. 2Nella misura consentita dalle circostanze, chi interviene sulle rive dei laghi e dei corsi d’acqua deve adottare provvedimenti per favorire la crescita della vegetazione propria di questi ambienti. 3Deroghe alla protezione sono soggette ad autorizzazione da parte del Consiglio di Stato.
