1Le rocce e i minerali di eccezionale valore scientifico, così come tutti i fossili, sono di proprietà del Cantone. 2Sono pure di proprietà del Cantone tutti i ritrovamenti effettuati nell’esecuzione di opere pubbliche. 3Le indennità che possono spettare al proprietario del fondo o allo scopritore sono regolate dall’articolo 724 cpv. 3 CCS.
