1Per gli oggetti particolarmente degni di protezione la misura provvisionale esplica i suoi effetti per la durata di 6 mesi. 2Se entro questo termine l’autorità promuove la procedura di istituzione della protezione, la misura resta in vigore finché la relativa decisione sia passata in giudicato. 480.100
