§ 9 Anzeige eines Vorkommnisses
Ergeben sich für Personen nach § 7 im Zusammenhang mit einer Reise in oder durch Regionen oder Staaten, für die mindestens eine Gefährdungslage nach § 8 Absatz 1 besteht, Anhaltspunkte, die auf einen Anbahnungs- oder Werbungsversuch ausländischer Nachrichtendienste hindeuten können, so hat die Person dies unverzüglich, spätestens nach ihrer Rückkehr, anzuzeigen.
