Art. 4 Durch Messsysteme festgestellte Widerhandlungen
1 Jede durch ein Messsystem festgestellte Widerhandlung muss so erfasst werden, dass die Messwerte eindeutig einem bestimmten Fahrzeug oder einem Fahrzeugführer oder einer Fahrzeugführerin zugeordnet werden können. 2 Als Feststellung von Übertretungen durch automatische Überwachungsanlagen im Sinne von Artikel 2 Buchstabe b des Ordnungsbussengesetzes vom 24.
