Art. 59 Fälligkeit, Nachforderung, Rückerstattung und Verjährung

1 Die Abgabe wird 60 Tage nach Stellung einer Jahresrechnung und 30 Tage nach Stellung einer Dreimonatsrechnung fällig.
2 Hat die Erhebungsstelle die Abgabe nicht in Rechnung gestellt oder erweist sich die Rechnung als unrichtig, so fordert sie den betreffenden Betrag nach oder erstattet ihn zurück.
3 Die Verjährungsfrist für die Abgabe beginnt mit der Fälligkeit der Abgabe und beträgt fünf Jahre.
