Art. 63 Rechnungslegung und Revision
(Art. 69d Abs. 2 RTVG) 1 Die Erhebungsstelle führt ihre Bücher und legt Rechnung nach einem der anerkannten Standards zur Rechnungslegung gemäss Artikel 962a des Obligationenrechts (OR) und der Verordnung vom 21. November 2012 über die anerkannten Standards zur Rechnungslegung. 2 Die Erhebungsstelle ist zu einer ordentlichen Revision verpflichtet. 3 Sie erstellt einen Geschäftsbericht nach Artikel 958 Absatz 2 OR. Die zusätzlichen Anforderungen nach Artikel 961 OR sind anwendbar. 4 Artikel 961d Absatz 1 OR ist für die Erhebungsstelle nicht anwendbar. SR 220 SR 221.432
