Art. 67d Zusammenschlüsse autonomer Dienststellen von Gemeinwesen
(Art. 70 RTVG) 1 Als Unternehmen im Sinne von Artikel 70 Absatz 2 RTVG gilt auch der Zusammenschluss mehrwertsteuerpflichtiger autonomer Dienststellen eines Gemeinwesens. 2 Für die Zusammenschlüsse gelten Artikel 12 Absätze 1 und 2 MWSTG sowie Artikel 12 Absatz 1 MWSTV. Artikel 67c Absätze 2, 4 und 5 sind sinngemäss anwendbar. 3 Die Abgabepflicht obliegt dem Gemeinwesen, welchem die zusammengeschlossenen Dienststellen angehören. SR 641.20 SR 641.201
