Art. 67h Verzugszins
(Art. 70b Abs. 1 RTVG) Verzugszinsen werden von der ESTV ab einem Zinsbetrag von 100 Franken in Rechnung gestellt. Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Forderung im Rahmen des Zwangsvollstreckungsverfahrens geltend gemacht wird. Die Rechnung wird elektronisch gestellt.
