Art. 77 Verfahrenskosten der Ombudsstellen
(Art. 93 Abs. 5 RTVG) 1 Die Ombudsstellen finanzieren sich durch die Rechnungsstellung nach Artikel 93 Absatz 5 RTVG. 2 Sie stellen den betroffenen Programmveranstaltern die Verfahrenskosten nach Zeitaufwand in Rechnung. 3 Es gilt ein Stundenansatz von 230 Franken.
