Art. 96 Meldung einer Empfangsmöglichkeit
(Art. 109c Abs. 4 RTVG) 1 Die Empfangsmöglichkeit nach Artikel 109c Absatz 4 RTVG ist der Erhebungsstelle schriftlich zu melden. 2 Jedes volljährige Mitglied des Privathaushalts ist für die Meldung verantwortlich. 3 Die Abgabepflicht beginnt am ersten Tag des Monats, der dem Beginn des Bereitstellens oder des Betriebs des Empfangsgerätes folgt. 4 Die Erhebungsstelle informiert das BAKOM über die neu abgabepflichtigen Haushalte und deren Mitglieder.
